UPDATE: Problem fixed.


The online form didn't hit the page until this afternoon.
Right now, it looks like they are having problems.

When you submit the form it tells you:

ADODB.Recordset error '800a0cc1'

Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.
